Qualifications

• Associates degree in nursing or related field required.
• One year experience working with population served in a nursing capacity.
• Current LPN/LVN licensure for state of residence; CPR/FA and HIV/AIDS certification may be required.
• BBP and ACT training or equivalent certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provides basic care and medical treatment to individuals receiving services.
• Performs health assessments and communicates health diagnoses to RN or physician for care planning.
• Monitors medications, coordinates with pharmacy, and administers medications as required.
• Oversees medication administration by staff and conducts quality checks on records.
• Provides emergency coverage and maintains confidentiality in care delivery.
• Coordinates with external agencies to ensure consistent treatment and services.
• Trains staff on medication administration, universal precautions, and infection control.

Associates degree in nursing or related field

State certificate

Current LPN/LVN licensure for state of residence

CPR/FA and HIV/AIDS certification, BBP, and ACT training
