Morningstar Living is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Moravian Hall Square in Nazareth, PA. We offer full-time night shifts and part-time day, evening, and night options with base pay $31–$33/hour plus shift, weekend, and holiday differentials.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Practical Nursing Program.
• Current licensure by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing Examiners.
• Must maintain current CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

• Administer and record prescribed medication and perform treatments, observing residents' changes in condition.
• Perform nursing duties and responsibilities relevant to routine nursing care to meet residents' physical, psychological, nutritional, spiritual, emotional, and social needs.
• Maintain residents' records by documenting information and observations.
• Perform narcotic count per facility policy.
• Adhere to federal, state, and local guidelines and laws including HIPAA, resident abuse, and Elder Justice Act.
• Exhibits behaviors set forth by the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and follows the Organization's Policies and Procedures.

Education

Graduation from an accredited Practical Nursing Program

Current licensure by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing Examiners
