Job summary

Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living is hiring Part Time/LPNs to provide compassionate nursing care in our senior living communities in New Jersey. Per diem and part-time roles include a $2,000 sign-on bonus for eligible applicants.

Responsibilities include medication administration, care planning updates, and collaboration with RN leadership to support resident well-being. EMR experience preferred; strong communication with residents and families is essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Licensed Practical/Vocational Nursing program.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in assisted living, home health, or long-term care preferred.
• Passion for senior care and resident advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with residents and families with a consistent caregiver approach.
• Assess, observe, and document resident conditions in the EMR and notify RN when needed.
• Update care plans as conditions change.
• Supervise and lead care associates.
• Administer medications accurately and timely.
• Participate in meetings related to resident outcomes and care.
