Job summary

Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living in Pompton Plains, New Jersey is seeking Per Diem and Part Time LPNs. Compensation is $30.00 - $41.00 per hour with shift differential based on experience. A $2,000 sign-on bonus is offered for part-time roles.

Qualifications

Graduate of an approved Licensed Practical/Vocational Nursing program.
Minimum 1 year of experience in assisted living, home health, or long-term care preferred.
Experience with electronic medical records is preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop relationships with residents and families with a consistent caregiver approach.
Assess, observe, and evaluate residents' clinical condition and document findings in EMR.
Update or modify care plans reflecting changes in needs.
Supervise and lead care associates.
Administer medications timely, accurately, and per orders.
Participate in meetings related to resident outcomes and care.
Respond to residents, family, or responsible parties promptly and professionally.
Participate in review of clinical indicators (falls, wounds, nutrition, antipsychotic use).
Take on other duties as assigned by RN clinical leader.
