Job summary
Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking Per Diem and Part Time LPNs. Compensation ranges from $30.00 to $41.00 per hour, including shift differential, with a $2,000 sign-on bonus for part-time roles.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved Licensed Practical/Vocational Nursing program.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in assisted living, home health, or long-term care is preferred.
- A passion to care for seniors and be a strong resident advocate.
- Experience with electronic medical records is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with residents and families using a consistent caregiver approach.
- Assess, observe, and document resident condition in EMR and notify the provider.
- Update care plans as needed to reflect changes in care needs.
- Supervise and lead care associates.
- Administer medications timely, accurately, and according to orders.
- Participate in meetings related to resident outcomes and care.
