Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living in Pompton Plains, NJ is seeking Per Diem and Part Time LPNs. Compensation: $30.00 - $41.00 per hour, including shift differential based on experience.

There is a $2,000 Sign on Bonus for anyone that accepts a Part Time Role. You will supervise care staff, administer medications, and document care in the EMR while coordinating with the RN and resident families.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program.
• Minimum 1 year experience in assisted living, home health, or long-term care preferred.
• Experience with electronic medical records preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications timely and accurately per orders.
• Supervise and lead care associates.
• Assess, observe, and document resident condition in EMR.
• Update care plans as care needs change.
• Respond promptly to residents and families.
