Job summary

LCB Senior Living is seeking per diem LPNs for The Residence at South Windsor Farms in Connecticut. Wage band is $33.50 - $37.00 per hour based on experience, with immediate consideration for qualified applicants.

The Wellness Nurse supports the Resident Care Director, supervises care staff, and participates in maintaining compliant, high-quality resident care and family communication. Per diem shifts may include on-call and varied hours.

Qualifications

• Clear communication in English (oral and written).
• Two years of geriatric health care experience preferred.
• Current LPN license in CT or RN license per state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Promote the mission and core values of LCB Senior Living and the Residence.
• Assist with evaluation of resident needs and service plan development.
• Supervise daily work assignments of resident care associates.
• Monitor infection control and safety compliance across shifts.
• Provide direct resident care as needed and support staff during on-call duties.
