Job summary

People, Incorporated is seeking compassionate LPN or RN professionals to provide premier nursing care in a 24-hour supported home environment located in Fall River, Taunton and surrounding communities. This position requires MA state valid LPN or RN license and a commitment to delivering person-centered supports.

Qualifications

• MA state valid LPN or RN license is required
• Background check and a valid driver’s license required
• TB screening and a physical are required on hire and TB updates every two years

Responsibilities

• Provide a structured routine including house meetings, individual outings, meal preparation, ADL care, and medication administration while upholding human rights
• Implement Positive Behavior Support and Individual Service Plans
• Occasionally use de-escalation and crisis management techniques to ensure safety
