MultiCare Auburn Medical Center in Auburn, WA is seeking a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse to join our geriatric psychiatry team. You will deliver age-appropriate care and support patients and families, in collaboration with the care team.

The role emphasizes compassionate bedside care, documentation, and adherence to nursing processes. Current WA LPN license, BLS, and willingness to pass medications may be required; prior acute care experience is preferred.

Formación

• Must be a graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse program.
• Current Licensed Practical Nurse license in Washington State or MLS endorsement.
• Current BLS certification.
• License to pass medications may be required.
• Previous LPN acute care experience in the last 3 years preferred.
• Experience in assigned specialty or completion of a specialty residency post hire.
• Completion of competencies for assigned specialty.

Responsabilidades

• Provide age-appropriate care using nursing education and knowledge of growth, development, and aging.
• Deliver and execute daily routine care and services to patients from diverse backgrounds with strong interpersonal skills.
• Assist the Registered Nurse or care team in implementing the nursing process.
