MultiCare Auburn Medical Center is seeking a Staff RN to join a hospital-based team. You will deliver nursing care using the nursing process, coordinate patient care and participate in a multidisciplinary approach that supports safe, high-quality outcomes.

The role requires current RN licensure in WA or MLS, BLS certification, and preferred BSN. ACLS/PALS/NALS/TNCC/NRP and specialty certifications are encouraged, with 1 year of acute care experience preferred.

Qualificações

• Current RN license in Washington State or MLS endorsement.
• BSN preferred.
• Current BLS Certification required; specialty certifications encouraged.
• ACLS or NALS or PALS or TNCC or NRP as required by facility.
• Certification in specialty area preferred.
• One year of experience in acute care setting preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating on an ongoing basis.
• Use nursing education and experience to deliver care using the nursing process per hospital policies.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to improve quality of care, patient experience and cost reduction.
• Foster a learning environment for patients/families, nursing staff and health care team members.
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care promoting autonomy, dignity, and health of diverse patients.
