Hartford HealthCare is seeking a per diem Licensed Practical Nurse to provide high-quality, cost-effective direct patient care across units. You will float to regional Urgent Care sites, collaborating with multiple teams to support patient outcomes.

Under RN or Provider supervision, you will document patient data and perform therapeutic measures to achieve care goals, aligning with established plans of care.

Qualifications

• Current Connecticut LPN license required.
• CPR certification required.
• Urgent Care experience preferred.
• Specialization and/or specific work experience may be required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with health care team to support patient outcomes.
• Performs direct patient care and documents data per care plan.
• Floats to regional Urgent Care sites to provide care across teams and communities.
