First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking experienced LPNs for Per Diem roles in Hampton Roads, VA. Compensation ranges from $37 to $39 per hour, with Same-Day or Next-Day pay options and a hiring bonus after two shifts.

Qualified candidates will hold an active LPN license, have at least 1 year of facility-based experience, and possess current BLS/CPR. PPD within the last year is required, with the ability to meet physical demands of the role.

Qualifikationen

• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• PPD within the last year.

Aufgaben

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collect and document patient information.
• Provide wound care and patient education.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs.
