Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking experienced LPNs for per diem roles in Hampton Roads, VA. The position offers pay of $37-$39 per hour with same-day or next-day pay options.

Requirements include active LPN license, at least 1 year of facility-based experience, and current BLS/CPR. PPD within the last year is also required. Local applicants preferred for flexible, per diem shifts.

Qualifications

• Current BLS/CPR certification.

• Ability to meet physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collect and document patient information.
• Provide wound care and patient education.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs.
