Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA seeks experienced LPNs for per diem positions throughout Hampton Roads. Pay range is $37.00-$39.00 per hour with same-day or next-day pay options.

Applicants must hold an active LPN license, have at least 1 year of facility-based experience, and current BLS/CPR. The role includes administering medications, wound care, and coordinating with other healthcare providers.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license.
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based experience.
• Current BLS/CPR.
• PPD within the last year.
• Ability to meet physical requirements with or without accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collect and document patient information.
• Provide wound care and patient education.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs.
