Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking experienced LPNs to join our Per Diem team across Hampton Roads. The role offers competitive pay of $37–$39 per hour, same-day or next-day pay, and a flexible schedule with potential full-time hours.

Local applicants only with active LPN license and at least 1 year of facility-based experience are encouraged to apply. BLS/CPR and a recent PPD are required, with health and safety priorities emphasized in daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license required.
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based experience.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
• PPD test within the last year.
• Ability to meet physical requirements; no weight restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collect and document patient information.
• Provide wound care and patient education.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs.
