Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking experienced LPNs for Per Diem roles across Hampton Roads. Earn $37-$39/hour with same-day or next-day pay, weekly payroll, and flexible scheduling. Local applicants encouraged to apply; full-time hours may be available, with staffing coordinators on duty from 5 AM to 11:30 PM.

Ideal candidates hold an active LPN license, at least 1 year of facility-based experience, and current BLS/CPR certification. PPD within the last year is required.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license required.
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based experience.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• PPD within the last year.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collect and document patient information.
• Provide wound care and patient education.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs.
