Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking experienced LPNs to join our Per Diem team in Hampton Roads. Enjoy pay of $37-$39 per hour with same-day or next-day pay options and flexible scheduling.

Requirements include an active LPN license, at least 1 year of facility-based experience, and current BLS/CPR. PPD within the last year is required. Local candidates preferred. Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• Current BLS/CPR
• PPD within the last year

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice
• Administer medications and treatments
• Collect and document patient information
• Provide wound care and patient education
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs
