Job summary

Elderwood Staffing Solutions (ESS) is seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for our per diem pool across multiple Elderwood facilities in Western and upstate New York. You will perform medication passes, skilled nursing duties, and collaborate with nursing teams to maintain high-quality resident care.

The role offers flexible scheduling, on-site training, opportunities for career growth, and premium pay with shift differentials up to $3.00/hr, depending on shifts and weekends.

Qualifications

• Current NYS License/Certificate is required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a clinical nursing setting.

Responsibilities

• Pass medications and provide skilled treatments.
• Supervise and support Nursing Assistants with resident care.
• Document care plans and assessments accurately.
• Report unusual symptoms and changes in resident condition to nursing leadership.
• Maintain safety and quality standards across assigned units.
