Job summary

Elderwood Staffing Solutions is seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our per diem clinical network across Western, Central, Southern Tier and North Country New York locations. Earn premium pay with shift differentials and flexible scheduling in a day-to-day, per diem model.

Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring patients, and documenting care in Nursing Notes and MAR.

Qualifications

• Current NYS LPN license or certificate is required.
• Minimum 2 years of LPN experience to be eligible.
• Geriatric setting experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and provide skilled treatments per plan.
• Direct and monitor personal nursing care by aides.
• Document care plans and nursing notes accurately.
• Report changes to Unit/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Float to at least two facilities as needed.
