Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current LPN licensure in Florida required.
• IV certification required by start date.
• Active BLS for healthcare professionals (AHA/Red Cross).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Flexibility to meet patient needs and schedule.

Responsibilities

• Under RN supervision, provide nursing tasks and care per plan.
• Demonstrate clinical skills in medication administration and symptom management.
• Monitor patients and report changes to RN.
• Document care in medical records.
• Support emergency responses and stay compliant with safety policies.
• Cross-train to Hospice House positions as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
