Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Per Diem team across Hampton Roads. Earn $37-$39/hour with same-day or next-day pay, weekly payroll, and a hiring bonus after two shifts.

Active LPN license, at least 1 year of facility-based experience, and current BLS/CPR are required. Per diem roles offer flexible scheduling and local staffing coordinators available 5 AM–11:30 PM.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license is required.
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based experience.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collect and document patient information.
• Provide wound care and patient education.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
