Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking experienced and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Per Diem team serving Hampton Roads.

This role offers pay of $37-$39 per hour, weekly pay, flexible scheduling, per-diem shifts, and rapid pay options. Local applicants only. Active LPN license and at least 1 year of facility experience required, plus BLS/CPR and recent PPD; duties include administering medications, patient care, and coordinating with health care teams.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based experience
• Current BLS/CPR

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice
• Administer medications and treatments
• Collect and document patient information
• Provide wound care and patient education
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs
