Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Per Diem team across Hampton Roads. We offer competitive pay, $37-$39/hour, and flexible scheduling with per diem shifts.

Enjoy same-day or next-day pay with RapidPay Card, weekly pay, and a hiring bonus after completing two shifts. Local staffing coordinators are available 5 AM-11:30 PM to support you. This role requires active LPN license, at least one year of facility experience, and current BLS/CPR.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license.
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based experience.
• Current BLS/CPR.
• PPD within the last year.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collect and document patient information.
• Provide wound care and patient education.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs.
