Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Per Diem team across Hampton Roads.

Earn $37-$39/hour with Same-Day or Next-Day Pay, flexible scheduling, and weekly pay. Local applicants preferred; Per diem shifts available across facilities.

Active LPN license, at least 1 year of facility-based experience, BLS/CPR, and a current PPD are required.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based nursing experience.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• PPD test within the last year.
• Able to meet physical requirements of the position (with/without accommodation).

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within LPN scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collect and document patient information.
• Provide wound care and patient education.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
• Perform additional LPN duties as needed by facility.
