Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking experienced LPNs for Per Diem roles in the Hampton Roads area. You will provide nursing care within the LPN scope, administer medications, collect patient data, and coordinate care with the healthcare team.

Eligible candidates hold an active LPN license with at least 1 year of facility-based experience and current BLS/CPR certification. Per diem shifts offer per diem pay and flexible scheduling to fit your needs.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based experience
• Current BLS/CPR
• PPD within the last year
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice
• Administer medications and treatments
• Collect and document patient information
• Provide wound care and patient education
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs
