Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking experienced LPNs to join our Per Diem team across Hampton Roads. Per diem roles offer flexible scheduling with same-day or next-day pay and competitive compensation.

Requirements include active LPN license, at least 1 year of facility-based experience, current BLS/CPR, and ability to meet physical demands. Responsibilities include providing nursing care, administering meds, documenting patient information, wound care, and coordinating with the care

Qualifications

• Active LPN license.
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based experience.
• Current BLS/CPR.
• PPD within the last year.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collect and document patient information.
• Provide wound care and patient education.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs.
