Americare Certified Special Services Inc is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) for per diem coverage at our assisted living facility, weekends 7 am to 5 pm. The role focuses on delivering consistent, compassionate care to residents who are stable and require less acute services.

The ideal candidate holds a NYS LPN license; CHHA or home care experience is preferred. You should work well independently with strong clinical skills and communicate clearly with residents, families, and the care

• Must hold NYS LPN license.
• CHHA or home care experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent clinical and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Outlook, Word, printing and scanning.

Responsabilidades

• Provide resident-focused LPN care in an assisted living setting.
• Document care and coordinate with the care team.
• Assist with daily living activities as needed and monitor residents.

Job Description: The Position: Licensed Practical Nurse - Assisted Living Facility - Per Diem Schedule: Saturday & Sunday 7 am to 5 pm Take the next step in your professional journey with us and join our team of compassionate Assisted Living Nurses!!! Working as a nurse in an assisted living facility offers a unique set of benefits compared to working in a hospital setting. The pace in assisted living facilities is generally slower, as the residents are often stable and require less critical or emergency care. This results in a less stressful work environment compared to a hospital. Work as needed in an assisted living facility according to your schedule.

What we are looking for

• NYS LPN license
• CHHA Experience preferred.
• Home Care experience a plus

• Basic knowledge of office applications and equipment (Outlook, Word, Printing and scanning applications).
