Job summary

Americare Hedgewood Manor seeks a licensed practical nurse (LPN) for a per diem role in an Assisted Living Facility. The schedule is Saturdays and Sundays from 7 am to 5 pm, providing resident care in a non-hospital setting.

The position emphasizes independent work, strong clinical skills, and clear communication with residents and the team. Applicants must have a NYS LPN license with CHHA experience preferred and home care experience is a plus.

Qualifications
