Job summary

Americare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for our Assisted Living Facility. Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday 9:00 am – 5:30 pm.

Working in assisted living offers a slower pace and less emergency care than a hospital, with a team focused on compassionate, resident-centered care. We offer a sign-on bonus, tuition reimbursement, a 401K with company match, 4 weeks of vacation, 5 personal days and 8 sick days, plus medical, dental and vision insurance.

Qualifications

• Must have NYS LPN license; CHHA experience preferred.
• Home care experience a plus.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent clinical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of office applications (Outlook, Word, printing/scanning).
