Job summary

AmeriCare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for a per diem role in our Assisted Living Facility. The schedule is Saturdays and Sundays 7 am to 5 pm, with independent work and strong clinical skills required; CHHA and Home Care experience are preferred.

• NYS LPN license.
• CHHA experience preferred.
• Home Care experience a plus.
• Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
