Morningstar Living’s Moravian Hall Square campus in Nazareth, PA is seeking a flexible Per Diem LPN to join a well-staffed nursing team. You will administer medications, perform treatments, and document care while maintaining HIPAA compliance and high care standards.

This role offers a Tiered Per Diem Pay Program with base pay of $31.00/hour plus incentives for additional hours and shift differentials, enabling a schedule that fits your life and provides opportunities for growth within a premier

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Practical Nursing Program.
• Current licensure by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing Examiners.
• Must maintain current CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

• Administer and record prescribed medication and perform treatments.
• Perform nursing duties to meet residents' physical, psychological, nutritional, spiritual, emotional, and social needs.
• Maintain residents' records by documenting information and observations.
• Perform narcotic count per facility policy.
• Adheres to HIPAA, elder justice act, and other guidelines.

Maximize Your Earnings

• $31.00/hour base pay
• +$7.00/hour for every hour worked beyond 16 hours in the Sunday-Saturday workweek (up to $27.00/hour)
• PLUS applicable evening, night, and weekend shift differentials

What will I do in the role of LPN?

• Administer and record prescribed medication and perform treatments, observing residents' for changes in condition.
• Perform nursing duties and responsibilities relevant to routine nursing care required to meet the physical, psychological, nutritional, spiritual, emotional, and social needs of the residents.
• Maintain residents' records by documenting information and observations.
• Perform narcotic count per facility policy.
• Adheres to federal, state, and local guidelines and laws including but not limited to HIPAA, resident abuse, and Elder Justice Act.
• Exhibits behaviors set forth by the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct in the performance of their duties. Adheres to the Organization's Policies and Procedures regarding the Compliance Program and is timely in reporting any possible concerns.

What do I need in the role of LPN?

• Graduation from an accredited Practical Nursing Program.
• Current licensure by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing Examiners.
