Moravian Manor Communities seeks compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Skilled Nursing and Personal Care/Assisted Living teams in Lititz, PA. Full-time evening shifts and part-time night shifts are available; every other weekend and holiday required.

We offer a supportive, team-oriented environment in a premier not-for-profit life plan community. Candidates must graduate from an approved LPN program with PA licensure, hold CPR certification, and have knowledge of MDS.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of long-term care nursing preferred.
• Current PA LPN license.
• CPR certification required or current.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do as an LPN:

• Provide compassionate, high-quality, person-centered nursing care
• Assess and monitor residents' health and well-being

• Communicate and implement care updates to support positive resident outcomes

What We're Looking For:

• Graduate of an approved LPN Nursing program with a current Pennsylvania LPN License
• Current CPR Certification
• Working knowledge of MDS
• Long-term care nursing experience preferred
