Morningstar Living’s Moravian Hall Square campus in Nazareth, PA is seeking a Per Diem CNA to join a well-staffed nursing team. Enjoy flexible scheduling and a Tiered Per Diem Pay Program with base pay of $22/hour, plus $5 premium after 16 hours in the week, plus applicable shift differentials.

Work a minimum of one full weekend per month and participate in holiday coverage. The role requires a Certified Nurse Aide and a high school diploma or GED, with opportunities for growth within a premier

Qualificações

Maximize Your Earnings

• $22.00/hour base pay


• +$5.00/hour for every hour worked beyond 16 hours in the Sunday-Saturday workweek (up to $27.00/hour)

What will I do in the role of Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)?

• Perform nursing duties and responsibilities relevant to routine bedside nursing care for example: bathing, feeding, dressing, undressing residents, personal hygiene, ambulation, TPR's, BP's, etc.


• Maintain simple records as related directly to the resident care plan.


• Communicate all unusual or serious conditions or incidents or any significant changes to the nurse supervisor.


• Provide nutritional needs to the residents such as feeding, providing fresh drinking water, reporting eating habits of residents to nurse supervisor, as well as recording food and fluid intake as directed.


• Practice effective customer service relations with staff, residents, volunteers, and visitors.

What do I need in the role of Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)?

• Continuing possession of certificate issued by the State Department of Health Nurse Aide Certification Program.


• High school diploma or GED required.


• Must be able to read, write, understand and follow oral and written instructions.


• Must have the ability to develop and maintain patience and tact with residents.


• Basic computer knowledge preferred.
