Job summary

Langdon Place of Exeter is seeking per-diem LPNs to deliver compassionate, resident-centered nursing care in a welcoming environment. You will provide direct care, administer medications, monitor residents, and document care while collaborating with physicians and families.

The role offers competitive hourly pay ($31-$37), flexible scheduling, and a supportive team focused on professional growth. Valid NH license or multistate compact is required for consideration.

Qualifications

• Valid LPN license in New Hampshire or a valid multistate compact nursing license with authority to practice in New Hampshire.
• Strong clinical skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with established policies and standards of care.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor residents and promptly identify and report changes in condition.
• Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation.
• Communicate with physicians, residents, families, and other members of the interdisciplinary team.
• Assist with the development and implementation of individualized resident care plans.
• Supervise and provide guidance to nursing assistants and other care staff as appropriate.
• Ensure resident rights, dignity, privacy, safety, and independence are maintained.
• Follow infection prevention, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Respond appropriately to resident needs and changes in condition.
• Work collaboratively with the nursing team to provide exceptional resident care.

Compensation: LPN: $31 - $37

Shifts: No set shift; as needed
