Langdon Place of Keene, a warm Assisted Living community with a skilled rehabilitation unit, is seeking dedicated LPNs to join our team and provide compassionate resident care.

Available Shifts: 7PM - 11PM | 7PM - 7AM. Compensation ranges from $31.00 to $38.00 per hour based on experience, plus shift differentials. Join a supportive team focused on quality care and ongoing staff development.

Qualifications

• Valid LPN license in New Hampshire.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and guiding LNA activities to ensure quality care.
• Participating in admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Monitoring resident conditions and promptly notifying physicians and families.
• Transcribing and carrying out physician orders.
• Administering medications and monitoring for adverse reactions.
• Performing wound care and treatments per physician orders.
• Coordinating follow-up appointments and transportation.
• Providing direct nursing procedures such as tube feedings and IV administration.
• Conducting rounds to ensure care needs are met and staff duties are completed.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to support comprehensive care.

We are thrilled to announce that Langdon Place of Keene, a 73-apartment Assisted Living community and skilled rehabilitation unit, is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. As an LPN at Langdon Place of Keene, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional care to our residents while working in a warm and welcoming environment.

Available Shifts: 7PM - 11PM | 7PM - 7AM

Compensation: $31.00 - $38.00 based on experience + additional shift differentials

Responsibilities:

As an LPN, you’ll play a key role in resident care and team leadership, including:

• Supervising and guiding LNA activities to ensure quality care

• Participating in admissions, discharges, and transfers

• Monitoring resident conditions and promptly notifying physicians and families

• Accurately transcribing and carrying out physician orders

• Administering medications and monitoring for adverse reactions

• Performing wound care and treatments per physician orders

• Coordinating follow-up appointments and transportation

• Providing direct nursing procedures such as tube feedings, suctioning, IV administration, colostomy care, and more

• Conducting rounds to ensure care needs are met and staff duties are completed

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to support comprehensive care

• Maintaining adequate supplies, medications, and equipment

• Initiating and updating care plans

• Supporting end-of-life care with compassion and professionalism

• Assisting during surveys and participating in committees as assigned

Your leadership helps ensure residents receive safe, attentive, and personalized care.

Requirements:

• Valid LPN license in New Hampshire
• Strong clinical skills and a compassionate approach to patient care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in long-term care or a similar setting is preferred but not required
