Job summary

Langdon Place of Keene is seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our 73-apartment assisted living community and skilled rehabilitation unit in Keene, NH. You will provide compassionate care in a warm environment, with shifts 7PM-11PM or 7PM-7AM.

Compensation ranges from $31.00 to $38.00 per hour based on experience, plus shift differentials. Join a team focused on high-quality resident care and supportive teamwork, with full-time and part-time benefits available.

Qualifications

• Valid LPN license in New Hampshire.
• Strong clinical skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in long-term care preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and guiding LNA activities to ensure quality care.
• Participating in admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Monitoring resident conditions and promptly notifying physicians and families.
• Transcribing and carrying out physician orders accurately.
• Administering medications and monitoring for adverse reactions.
• Performing wound care and treatments per physician orders.
• Coordinating follow-up appointments and transportation.
• Providing direct nursing procedures such as tube feedings, suctioning, IV administration, colostomy care, and more.
• Conducting rounds to ensure care needs are met and staff duties are completed.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to support comprehensive care.
• Maintaining adequate supplies, medications, and equipment.
• Initiating and updating care plans.
• Supporting end-of-life care with compassion and professionalism.
• Assisting during surveys and participating in committees as assigned.

Available Shifts:

7PM - 11PM | 7PM - 7AM

Compensation:

$31.00 - $38.00 based on experience + additional shift differentials
