Compensation

$35.00 - $40.00 based on experience + applicable shift differentials

Sign On Bonus

LPN $2,500 | RN $2,750

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/ Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to our residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and document patient conditions and collaborate with healthcare providers to adjust care plans as needed.
• Assist with daily living activities and support residents' overall well-being.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and facility policies.
• Educate residents and their families about health management and care plans.

Requirements

• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Hampshire.
