Job summary

Keystone Retreat is seeking a Per-Diem Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide as-needed nursing support and quality client care in Ephrata, PA. The LPN will assist with medication administration, monitor client needs, document care, and work closely with the nursing and clinical team to support safe, compassionate treatment.

Ideal candidates will have a current LPN license in Pennsylvania, BLS certification, and clinical experience in healthcare settings.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program; BLS certification.
• Clinical experience in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

Role Summary:

Requirements:

• Experience with EHR systems
• Additional certifications such as IV therapy, wound care, or medication administration
• Experience in behavioral health, rehabilitation, geriatrics, or similar care settings
