Keystone Retreat Behavioral Health in Ephrata, PA seeks an Overnight Registered Nurse to provide direct nursing care in a behavioral health setting. The role administers medications, monitors client health, and supports detox protocols within a multidisciplinary team.

Experienced candidates hold PA RN license, CPR/First Aid, valid driver’s license, and are prepared for background checks and TB testing. The hospital offers comprehensive benefits and quarterly KPI-based bonuses.

Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse license in the State of Pennsylvania.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

Salary Range: $41.00 To $45.00 Hourly

This role provides direct nursing care, administers medications, monitors client health needs, supports detox protocols, completes documentation, and works closely with the medical and clinical team to ensure safe, compassionate care.

• Valid Registered Nurse license in the State of Pennsylvania

Preferred Experience:

• Behavioral health, substance use, detox, or crisis management experience preferred
