Job summary

Mountain Springs Recovery is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide as-needed nursing support and quality client care at our Monument, CO facility. The LPN assists with medication administration, monitors client needs, documents care, and works with the nursing and clinical team to support safe, compassionate treatment.

This full-time role requires a current CO LPN license, BLS certification, and clinical experience.
