KeystoneCare in Philadelphia is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for private duty home care with an ALS patient. You will deliver skilled nursing care per physician orders, administer meds, and monitor the patient’s condition.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
• Current LPN license in Pennsylvania.
• Minimum of one year experience in home healthcare or a similar clinical setting.
• Familiarity with Feeding Tubes, Assisted breathing Devices (Ventilators) and Hoyer Lift.
• CPR certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Reliable transportation and valid Driver's License.
