Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare in New Jersey seeks a Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) to provide compassionate home-based care to patients in Mount Laurel Township and surrounding areas.

The LPN/LVN will perform essential nursing duties under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians, deliver patient-centered care, document care plans, and communicate effectively with families and care teams. Experience preferred but not required; valid LPN/LVN license is required.

Qualifications

• Active LPN/LVN license in NJ.
• Current CPR certification.
• TB test within last 12 months.
• Six months nursing experience preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
  • Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 30 days
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
• Must have reliable transportation
