Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) for per diem home health assignments. The role supports pediatric and adult patients in their homes, delivering compassionate nursing care with emphasis on clinical outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 60 days
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
• Must have reliable transportation
