Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for per diem shifts in York, PA. The role supports private duty patients in home settings and requires a minimum of two shifts per month.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
• Current CPR certification (hands-on component)
• TB skin test (within last 12 months)
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
• Must have reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Provide licensed practical nurse (LPN) / licensed vocational nurse (LVN) care in patients' homes
• Support private duty nursing and collaborate with clinicians and homecare team to achieve positive clinical outcomes
• Utilize Aveanna tablet for electronic documentation in the home
• Participate in ongoing training and career development
• Flexible scheduling with per diem shifts as required
