Endeavor Health in Elmhurst, IL is seeking an experienced registered nurse to join our inpatient team. You will provide nursing care per the Illinois Professional Nurse Practice Act, collaborate with physicians and staff, assess patients, plan and evaluate care, and document progress to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes.

Hours are days, 7:00 am to 7:30 pm with rotating weekends and holidays; the role offers a Per Diem Level 1 schedule and opportunities for career growth, tuition reimbursement,

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in Nursing.
• If ADN is highest, must graduate with BN within five years of start date.
• Current State of Illinois RN licensure.
• Current BLS through American Heart Association.
• ACLS within six months of start date.
• C-EFM within one year of start date.
• NRP certification within six months of start date.
• Labor and delivery experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides professional nursing care in accordance with the Illinois Professional Registered Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies; assesses patient condition, plans and evaluates care, monitors progress, and documents observations. Delegates tasks and works as part of the care team.

Skills

RN licensure Illinois

BLS certified

ACLS within 6 months

C-EFM within 1 year

NRP certification within 6 months

Labor and delivery experience

Education

Associate Degree in Nursing
