Qualifications

• Associate Degree or higher in Nursing.
• If ADN is highest degree, must graduate with a BSN within five years of start date.
• Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure.
• Current BLS through American Heart Association.
• ACLS within six months of start date.
• C-EFM within one year of start date.
• NRP certification within six months of start date.
• Labor and delivery experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides professional nursing care per Illinois RN Practice Act and hospital policies; assesses patients, plans and evaluates care, delegates tasks, and collaborates with the team to meet unit goals.
