Job summary
Endeavor Health in Elmhurst, IL is seeking a registered nurse for direct patient care in a dynamic hospital setting. You will assess patients, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care while collaborating with the care team to meet unit goals.
Required ADN/BSN progress, IL RN licensure, BLS, ACLS, C-EFM, NRP within specified windows; labor and delivery experience preferred. Per diem schedule with rotating weekends/holidays and 7am-7:30pm shifts.
Qualifications
- Requires ADN or higher; prefer BSN within 5 years.
- IL RN license current.
- BLS through AHA current.
- ACLS within 6 months of start date.
- C-EFM within 1 year of start date.
- NRP certification within 6 months of start date.
- Labor and delivery experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provides professional nursing care according to the Illinois Nursing Practice Act and hospital policies.
- Assesses patients, plans and evaluates care, monitors progress, documents observations.
- Delegates appropriate tasks and collaborates with the care team.
- Fulfills unit goals as a team member; duties may vary by unit/shift.
