Qualifikationen

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.
• Current California RN license.
• Current American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, and NRP certification.
• Minimum one year Labor & Delivery experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
• Customer service skills appropriate to the job.
• Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to workload.

Aufgaben

• Care for labor patients before, during, and after delivery, and for the newborn immediately after birth.
• Circulating and recovering Caesarean sections as required.
• Identify complications via fetal monitoring interpretation and communicate with the physician.
• Maintain high quality, service, and critical nursing skills; exercise critical thinking.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes.
