Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree in nursing required; a bachelor’s degree preferred.
• AHA CPR required.
• Registered Nurse with MA license.

Responsibilities

• Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates nursing interventions and patient goals.
• Delivers patient care per standards of care and facility policies.
• Educates patients and families based on identified learning needs.
• Plans and prepares patients for discharge with appropriate resources.
• Prioritizes patient care and delegates tasks as needed.
• Documents data and responses accurately for continuity of care.
