Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active MA Occupational Therapy license.
• American Heart Association - Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop and document patient-specific treatment plans and outcomes.
